Lawn and Garden Flyer Template

Designed with versatility in mind, this Lawn and Garden Flyer Template is ideal for promoting landscaping services, gardening workshops, plant sales, or seasonal lawn care events. Featuring a fresh, nature-inspired layout with leafy accents and organic shapes, the template lets you easily customize individual colors or update the entire color scheme using the Global Colors Swatches feature in Adobe Illustrator.

Created in Adobe Illustrator, the template is compatible with Illustrator 23 and later versions. It comes in both A4 and US Letter sizes in CMYK color mode (both sizes are included in the same file and clearly labeled). Since all design elements are vector-based, the layout can be scaled proportionally, such as from A4 to A3, without loss of quality. The template uses the "Montserrat" font by default, but it can be easily replaced with your preferred typeface via the Find Font tool (Type > Find Font) in Illustrator.

How to Change Fonts

  1. Open the template file in Illustrator.
  2. Go to Type > Find Font.
  3. In the top list select the font to be replaced.
  4. In the bottom list select the font to use.
  5. Click "Change All" and then click "Done".

How to Change Global Colors

  1. Open the template file in Illustrator.
  2. Go to Window > Swatches.
  3. Double click on any of the Global Colors.
  4. Pick any color you like in the Swatch Options window and click OK.

How to Update the Photo

  1. Go to File > Place.
  2. Locate the image on you computer and click Place.
  3. Expand the "Placeholder" and "Clip Group" layer groups.
  4. Drag you image layer above the "[Your Image Here]" layer.
