Artistic Pencil and Splat Actions

These actions for Photoshop allow you to create artistic scribbled pencil and splat art effects. They can be using on any image and have a variety of options to choose from, included in the package is demo video showing how to use the actions.

How to use

- Open the image - Play the action - Brush over the area you want to apply the effect - Hit the play button again and wait for the action to finish And of course you can choose to hide/show effects to get even more combinations. :)
